1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

* Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $200.00

3. Local Pickup and Delivery

* Local Pickup: Available for local customers. Select "Pickup" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready.

4. International Shipping

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. 

* Custom Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are collected once a shipment reaches the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at customerservice@platinumhobbies.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you with the carrier.
